Official Rules & Regulations
By participating in the Inside Out Center, Inc. Raffle, you agree to all of the following:
These Official Rules govern the conduct of the raffle and, together with the decisions of the Inside Out Center, Inc., are binding on everyone who purchases a raffle ticket and/or who is named on a raffle ticket. The Atlanta Back 2 School Food Festival Raffle is a fundraising activity in support of Inside Out Center, Inc., which focuses on community and economic development. These Official Contest Rules may not be waived, modified, or supplemented except by Inside Out Center, Inc. Inside Out Center, Inc. is a not for profit 501(c)3 corporation organized under the laws of the State of Georgia. All proceeds less expenses and prizes will benefit Inside Out Center, Inc.'s community and economic development programs.
ELIGIBILITY: Raffle ticket purchasers and the person named on a raffle ticket must be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase and must qualify for under Georgia law. Raffle tickets may not be purchased in the name of a business, trust, corporation, or other entity, or wherever prohibited by applicable law. The staff, members and contractors affiliated with the Inside Out Center, Inc., at their discretion, may participate in the Atlanta Back 2 School Food Festival Raffle. Offer void where prohibited by law.
PRIZE: There will be four (4) prizes drawn.
First Prize: A 7 nights of luxurious accommodation, for up to two (2) rooms double occupancy at the Palm Island 5-star beachfront resort in the Grenadines (Prize value up to $3,000)
Second Prize: 7 nights of luxurious accommodation, for up to two (2) rooms double occupancy accommodations at the Verandah Resort & Spa a 4 -star beachfront resort in Antigua (prize value up to $2,400).
Third Prize: 5 Nights of accommodation for up to three (3) rooms double occupancy at Los Establos Boutique Inn in Panama (prize value up to $2,400).
Fourth Prize: 7 nights of beachfront resort accommodation, for up to two (2) rooms double occupancy accommodations at the St. James’s Club Morgan Bay in St. Lucia, a 4 -star beachfront resort (prize value up to $2,100).
Winner is responsible for supplemental fees including food & beverage, Govt tax, and air transportation. No cash will be given in exchange for the voucher credits.
If the same name is pulled multiple times during the drawing, that name will win only the prize associated with the "first" time their name is pulled. The same individual cannot win multiple prizes.
TICKET PRICE: Ticket price is $15 each or a bundle of two (2) for $25.
PREFERRED METHOD FOR TICKET PURCHASE: The preferred method of purchasing tickets is via the Inside Out Center, Inc. website at www.helpingthejobless.org, via the Small Business Market Expo Atlanta website at www.SBMExpo.com or the Atlanta Back 2 School Food Festival website at www.ATLFoodFest.com Upon purchase from the website, the purchaser will receive a receipt.
WINNER DETERMINATION: The winners will be determined by a random drawing conducted by a random attendee at the Inside Out Center, Inc. Atlanta Back 2 School Food Festival being held at Jim R. Miller Park on July 30, 2016 at 12:30 pm - 6:30 pm. Jim R. Miller Park is located at 2245 Callaway Rd SW, Marietta, GA 30008.
TICKET STUBS: Purchasers of tickets from any source other than the website assume all responsibility for ticket stubs to be returned to the Atlanta Back 2 School Food Festival prior to the drawing date.
CLAIMING PRIZES: Winner(s) have 10 days to claim prizes, or forfeits all claims thereto. Successive alternate winners will be drawn in case the winner(s) do not claim their prize within the 10 days or is otherwise ineligible. Winners do not have to be present to win, but must respond within 10 days from initial notification or forfeit their claim. Inside Out Center, Inc. will attempt to contact the winner three (3) times. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or registered letter via the U.S. Post Office within ten (10) days of the drawing.
UTILIZATION OF PRIZE WINNINGS: Winners must book travel reservations by the Expiration date of December 20, 2018. Reservations can be made by contacting Elite Island Resorts at 866-611-5081. Accommodations are subject to availability. Additional Surcharge may apply seasonally and during Christmas week and February.
REFUNDS: All raffle ticket sales are final. No refunds will be available.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will depend upon final number of tickets sold.
INDEMNITY: By participating, ticket holders agree to release, indemnify and save Inside Out Center, Inc., advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, contractors, directors, board members, and agents associated with this raffle harmless, from any claims, suits, actions, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with this raffle.
LIST OF WINNERS: For a list of prize winners, mail a self addressed, stamped envelope after August 1, 2016 and prior to October 1, 2016 to Inside Out Center, Inc. 4480 South Cobb Drive, Suite H-479, Smyrna, GA 30080
FINAL DECISION: The decisions of the Inside Out Center, Inc. Executive Committee shall be final on all matters concerning the Atlanta Back 2 School Food Festival Raffle.
REGISTRATION WITH THE STATE OF GEORGIA: This raffle is registered with the Cobb County Sheriff Department.
